We use cookies to operate core Platform functions (such as keeping you logged in and remembering OTP verification status), to understand how visitors use the Platform, to support advertising and remarketing, and to enable third-party features such as maps.

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the Platform to function, including session management, OTP verification state, and security. These cannot be switched off, as the Platform will not work correctly without them.

3.2 Functional Cookies

Remember your preferences (such as language or previously viewed Listings) to improve your experience on return visits.

3.3 Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors use the Platform, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they arrive from so we can improve performance and content.

3.4 Advertising and Remarketing Cookies

Used to deliver relevant advertising for ClearRate across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other advertising networks, including to visitors in our target international markets (India, Pakistan, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Russia), and to measure the effectiveness of those campaigns.

3.5 Third-Party Feature Cookies

Set by third-party services embedded in the Platform, such as Mapbox for interactive maps, to enable their functionality.

4. Third Parties Who May Set Cookies

• Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) advertising and analytics;
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and remarketing;
• Mapbox interactive property location maps;
• Twilio fraud prevention in connection with SMS/OTP delivery;
• Tap Payments fraud prevention during payment processing.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser, while persistent cookies (such as analytics and advertising cookies) may remain for up to 24 months, or as set by the relevant third-party provider, unless deleted earlier by you.
